Thanks to you, Fit to Deliver is a thriving community that's been able to help over five thousand women get fit or stay fit, especially in the chaotic years when we’re having babies. Our studios are constantly bustling with mums, prams, kids and laughs. I know you love coming to the studio, but sometimes life gets in the way.

I am excited to introduce The Fit Mother my online pilates and wellness program, designed for women just like you. I’m so proud of it, I love to show you what it's all about at I can’t wait to hear what you think!

Now, with your phone or tablet, you can join me for a class, wherever you are! Each session goes for about 20 minutes, and is challenging, convenient and fun, whether you’re pregnant or your kids are growing up.
