Reformer - these classes utilise the traditional Pilates 'Reformer' beds, specially adapted spring-resisted equipment to facilitate activation of your deep core muscles (See pictures on About Us and FAQ's page).
 
Mat - Traditional pilates mat exercises have been carefully modified to develop strong core muscles and improve muscle tone safely throughout pregnancy. 

Pilates circuit - This terrific class combines reformer and mat pilates strengthening exercises with a cardiovascular circuit to improve fitness and strength. This is the ideal class if you are looking to add a cardiovascular component to your pilates workout.(Not suitable during pregnancy)

Babies welcome You are welcome to bring your bubs (until they are mobile, usually around 6 months) to class.  You are respsonsible for supervising your bub. You may bring your pram, capsule, play mat, toys etc.

South Melbourne / Albert Park – Sol Green Community Centre, Cnr Montague St & Coventry St (From Feb 20, while Albert Park Primary School is undergoing renovations to their hall, the class will be running at this venue)                                      

 

COST
Mat classes: $23 casual, $200 for 10 visit pass. You can use your pass at any mat class.
24 hours notice for cancellations is appreciated.

Reformer classes: $25 casual, $225 for 10 week term, booked in advance. If you start mid-term, you just pay pro-rata amount.
24 hours notice for cancellations is required.  You may be able to do a make-up class, subject to availability.

Bookings required for all classes as spaces are limited.

You may be able to claim a rebate from your private health insurer if you have physio extra's cover as all classes are taught by physiotherapists.

Physiotherapy appointments are available with our experienced Women's Health physios.  Phone 9596 7400 to book.  Individual or small group pilates sessions also available.
